This website is operated by River Stone Marketing Solutions ("River Stone", "we", "us"), a Google Ads and performance marketing agency based in Ahmedabad, India. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

Information you give us

• Details you submit through our contact and free audit form, such as your name, email address, phone number, website, whether you are a business or an agency, your approximate monthly Google Ads spend and your message.
• Details you provide when you book a call with us through our scheduling tool.
• Information you share in emails, calls and meetings with us.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, operating system and language.
• Usage data such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the website you came from and the actions you take.
• Information collected through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.

Client and advertising account data

If you become a client, we access your advertising, analytics and related accounts so we can manage your campaigns. This is covered by our agreement with you and is handled as described in section 7.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and send you the audit or information you asked for.
• To schedule and hold calls and meetings.
• To provide, manage and improve our services.
• To understand how our website is used and to improve it.
• To measure and improve our own marketing, including through advertising and analytics tools.
• To keep our website secure and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To meet legal and contractual obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Legal bases for processing

7. Client account data

When we manage Google Ads or related accounts for a client, we act on that client's instructions. We access only what is needed to deliver the agreed services, keep access limited to the people who need it, and handle that data under our agreement with the client. If you are a customer or lead of one of our clients and want to exercise your rights, please contact that client directly.

8. International transfers

We operate from India and work with clients and tools in other countries, including the United States and Canada. Your information may therefore be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

9. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. As a general guide, enquiry and lead information is kept for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, and client records are kept for the duration of the relationship and as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymise it.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
