Find Out What Your Performance Max Campaigns Are Actually Buying
A free 30-minute teardown of your PMax setup. We show you where the budget went by channel, what your conversions actually measure, and whether Performance Max is even the right campaign type for your account.
"They audited our account, identified wasted spend and tracking issues we didn't even know existed, and rebuilt our campaigns around actual business economics. For the first time our leadership could trust the numbers."
Sean JunejaThis Audit Is Built For You If
You'll get a lot from this
- You're spending $5,000 a month or more on Google Ads
- Performance Max takes a meaningful share of that budget
- You can't currently explain where PMax spends the money
- Your conversion numbers look better than your revenue does
- You're running PMax alongside Search and can't tell which is really working
- Somebody set it up and nobody has audited it since
This isn't for you if
- You're under roughly 50 conversions a month. PMax has nothing to learn from yet.
- You have no product feed and no creative assets
- You're not willing to change conversion tracking if we find it's wrong
- You want someone to raise budgets without fixing the foundation
We turn down accounts where PMax can't work. It's cheaper for both of us than finding out in month four.

How This Differs From The Audit You've Had Before
We publish our own account data, including the times our numbers were wrong. That's an unusual thing for an agency to do and it's the reason clients trust the audit.
We Publish Our Own Numbers
Most agencies publish case studies. We publish the studies where our own data turned out to be wrong, with the methodology attached so you can check it.
We found our own PMax benchmark was wrong by 5x
Across 36 campaigns and $163,732 of spend, PMax looked 10.5x cheaper per lead than Search. Correcting one account moved the number from $9.76 to $49.57.
Study7 of our 10 Target CPA campaigns were below Google's data threshold
Google recommends 30 conversions in 30 days before evaluating Target CPA. Most of ours weren't there. We published it anyway.

What You're Risking: Thirty Seconds And Read-Only Access
Questions That Stop People Submitting
Is this really free, or is it a sales call?
Free, and you keep the written plan whether or not you hire us. The audit is how we decide if we want your account, which means we have a reason to be honest rather than flattering.
Do I have to give you access to my account?
Read-only access to Google Ads and Analytics. We cannot make changes with read-only, and you can revoke it any time. We'll send step-by-step instructions.
What if I'm already with an agency?
That's most of the accounts we audit. You're welcome to share the findings with them. Several clients have used our plan to fix things with their existing agency, which is a legitimate outcome.
How long does it take?
Five to seven business days from access, then a 30-minute call. It's manual work rather than a tool export, which is why it isn't instant.
What's the minimum ad spend you work with?
The audit is most useful above $5,000 a month. Below that we'll still look, but the honest answer is often that structure and tracking matter more than management, and we'll say so.
We're happy with our current PMax performance. Why audit it?
That's often when it's worth checking. Performance Max will always find cheap conversions. The question is whether they're customers. We found our own numbers were overstated by 5x in exactly that situation.
Do you work with ecommerce and lead generation?
Both, and they need almost opposite approaches. Ecommerce PMax usually needs segmenting. Lead gen PMax usually needs consolidating and better conversion definitions.
What happens after the audit?
You get the plan. If there's a fit and you want to continue, we'll talk about it on the call. If there isn't, we'll tell you that too.
